RETURNS POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your order, items (with the exception of underwear and socks) can be returned within 14 days after the delivery date.
You are obliged to pay for the return shipping charges:

EU and UK 10 EUR

Rest 15 EUR

These are the steps you need to follow to initiate and process a return:

1. Please send us an email to customercare@kvrtstvff.com stating your order number and reason for returnto obtain a return authorization.

2. Once the return is accepted, you will receive an email with a prepaid return label that you have to print and attach to your package. If you are located outside of the EU, you will also need to print and attach to your package the return invoice that you will also receive in the email.

3. To be eligible for return, all items must be unworn and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Otherwise, we will be unable to accept your return and to issue a refund.

4. Pack the items in their original packaging (or any rigid carton box) and stick the UPS label over the prior delivery information. If you are located outside of the EU, stick the return invoice as well next to the other label.

5. Leave the package at a UPS drop-off location. You can follow your return in transit on ups.com as long as you retain a copy of the return tracking number from the return label provided by us.


Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country from where they were purchased.

Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed.

When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs will not be included in the refunded amount.

KVRT STVFF reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email and it will be sent back to you at your cost.

EXCHANGES POLICY

We are not able to reserve or guarantee stock in advance. Should you be interested in a different size, color or style, please return your item(s) to us and simply purchase the new one(s) separately at kvrtstvff.com. Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge. Please, email us at customercare@kvrtstvff.com to get a refund on the shipping costs that may be added to your second order.



QUALITY GUARANTEE

If the item you receive is faulty or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt by sending an email to customercare@kvrtstvff.com with Quality Guarantee as the subject.
